National Accreditation

Lake College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT), 2101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 302, Arlington, VA 22201, (703) 247-4212, one of the accrediting agencies authorized by the United States Department of Education. Lake College was awarded its initial accreditation on September 5, 2003, and is the only nationally accredited private career college in the city of Redding and Shasta County. Accreditation is recognition that the College has met the high standards of the ACCSCT for its academic programs, student services and business operations.
